Metal Cards

Give your business card a solid feel with a design printed directly onto rigid aluminum. Metal Cards combine a high-gloss finish with a familiar business-card size, giving your contact details and branding a distinctive presentation.

Choose the feel and layout

Choose 0.025-inch or 0.040-inch aluminum. Both are actual metal; the 0.040-inch option is thicker. Cards measure 3.5 × 2 inches in landscape orientation, or 2 × 3.5 inches in portrait orientation.

Single-sided printing gives you one face for your design. Double-sided printing adds space for a second layout, so you can put your main contact information on the front and supporting information on the back.

Order in sets of 55

Metal Cards are sold in sets of 55. Enter the number of cards you need, then choose the thickness, orientation and printed sides. Quantities round up to complete sets of 55. For example, two sets give you 110 cards and four sets give you 220 cards.

Prepare a clear design

Start with artwork sized to your selected card orientation. Keep important text, logos and other essential details at least 0.125 inch inside every edge. Use that space to keep the layout comfortable and help protect key information near the trim.

You do not need to add bleed or crop marks for an ordinary Onyx online order. If you choose double-sided printing, prepare and check both designs. Review names, phone numbers, website addresses and the direction of each side before approving your artwork.
